Gallup tells us that between 70-80% of American workers either hate their jobs or are unengaged at work. Even if we bring that down by 1%, we are literally making the world a happier place.

Our Mission

IDWIL provides the tools and resources to define an individual’s passions and expose her to success stories for inspiration to help align her assessment with career decisions.

IDWIL is focused on bringing middle and high schools students an innovative set of tools including a personal assessment and a growing catalog of videos that provide exposure to relatable and inspiring professionals. Armed with the knowledge gained from these tools, students will be empowered to engage their passions and capabilities as they enter college or the workforce. Empowered individuals lead to engaged professionals. Engaged professionals lead to a workforce that is happier, healthier, and more productive.

IDWIL is about introspection.

IDWIL is about exposure, understanding, and options.

IDWIL is about empowerment.
